Here's how it'll work:


First, we get on the phone one on one and go over your business.

I take a look at what you’ve got, what you’re doing, and what you want to achieve going forward.

Once we have those “raw materials”, I help you come up with a strategic plan of action to immediately increase your profits dramatically.

There are a number of ways I might do this for you.

For example, I might show you how to find more deals than you need so you can cherry pick the best ones using just a few simple strategies or help you find, meet, and secure more private lenders who will fund your investment deals. I might teach you a few simple dialogs that will get you in with the smaller foreclosure agents (this alone is a gold mine!). Or I might show you how to properly structure your offers and/or proof of funds helping you get more deals with just this tweak alone; I might also show you how to organize your offers allowing you to easily make and track 100+ offers at a time. I might show you how to create more profit per deal, allowing you to make more money with less deals, or how to pull in buyers before your rehab is finished so maybe you can avoid paying those Realtor commissions (at least on some of your deals). Just because I am an Illinois licensed Realtor doesn't mean I want to pay a commission if I don't have to. 

 

I will also show you how to use the MLS to be the only source of deals you will need to make a high 6 or even 7 figures doing only 30 or so deals per year. In addition, I'll show you how to find more private seller leads than you will know what to do with. 

 Also, not as sexy as making more money but just as important (maybe more important!), I'll show you stuff like the 6 MUST-HAVE DOCUMENTS you need from every contractor before they ever step foot on your job site. Period.

This means that you’re getting some results and making sales and profit already. You’re making offers, you’re looking at and reviewing property daily (or willing to), and you’re buying and selling real estate regularly. You don’t have to be “ known” or “huge”...I just need you to be PRESENT in your market

3. You must be good at talking to and dealing with people in person.

4. You must live in a solid, relatively populated market with a good MLS and the median price is around $120K (or higher).
